Refund & Payment Policy

All sales are final. Tuition, deposits, and installment payments are non-refundable, except as stated below or where required by law.

This policy applies to new purchases of Prophetic Discovery, Prophetic Core, 90-Day Prophetic Immersion, and Prophetic Leadership Intensive made after this policy is displayed before purchase. Please review the program contents, schedule, access terms, and payment obligations before enrolling.

Changing your mind, withdrawing, missing sessions, not logging in, or not completing the program does not qualify for a refund.
A payment plan divides the total tuition into installments; it is not a cancel-anytime subscription. Withdrawal or non-attendance does not cancel the remaining agreed payments, except where required by law or agreed in writing by the school.
Upgrade credits are tuition discounts, not cash or refundable balances. They do not create a refund entitlement. Upgrade credit rules apply.
If the school declines your admission after collecting payment, or cancels your program before delivery begins, payments for that program will be refunded. If the school permanently stops delivery after the program begins, the undelivered portion will be refunded.
Duplicate charges and billing errors will be corrected. Nothing in this policy limits statutory cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights.
Purchases completed before this policy was disclosed remain subject to the terms provided at the time of purchase.

For billing questions, contact [email protected] with your name, account email, and order number. Do not send payment-card details.
